Talking about Culture – Quality – MAKE IT HAPPEN MONDAY – Episode 22

GW here for another episode of Make It Happen Monday, a motivational minute to help you attack and win the week. 

Well, here at Polyenterprises it’s all about culture. Any business or organization, team or family, culture is there and its either set the way you want it which is usually good if you’re driving it or it sets itself which is usually bad. So today’s Make It Happen Monday is about culture.

A key part of our culture here at Poly Enterprises is the Quality of our work and being proud of what we do. One way that we ensure the highest level of quality is through our First Article process. Before a mat is put into production we put a sample “first article” and mail it to the customer. The customer then makes sure that the mat is exactly how they want it, the same size, color, image… exactly how they want. They sign it and ship it back to us, then during production, we make sure that every mat that we run is exactly like the one they sent us. This is just another way we can ensure that every mat we run is the highest level of quality, and we can truly be proud of everything that leaves our building.

And remember, You Can’t Cheat the Grind.
