Talking about Culture – Stewardship – MAKE IT HAPPEN MONDAY – Episode 17

GW here for another episode of Make It Happen Monday, a motivational minute to help you attack and win the week. 

Well, here at Polyenterprises it’s all about culture. Any business or organization, team or family, culture is there and its either set the way you want it which is usually good if you’re driving it or it sets itself which is usually bad. So today’s Make It Happen Monday is about culture.

What excites me about our culture here at Polyenterprises is our commitment to Stewardship. For us, that means two things. Internally that means our commitment to being resource-efficient when it comes to inside our facility. Outside our facility, it means volunteering and helping others. We do several events and different activities throughout the year that allows us to do that but one of my favorites is our partnership with the Georgia Mountain Food Bank. One that we do the is the day before Thanksgiving we prepare and then give out several hundred different kits of food to underprivileged families or people that really need especially during the Holiday season. It’s an awesome opportunity for us to work together as a team but also to serve others. 

Culture here is very important and remember… You Can’t Cheat The Grind.
