team or family, culture is there and its either set the way you want it which
is usually good if you’re driving it or it sets itself which is usually bad. So

Safety
is important to me as it is to everyone here at Polyenterprises. Today we
celebrate 432 days without a loss time accident. That’s due to an active Safety
Committee and to the safety culture that is instilled in us every day. So be
