This display mat was designed to fit into an anondized aluminum base and had to have 3 distinct areas to hold a custom top class piece in place. We designed the holding tabs and also sandblasted the tool to give the rendered piece a muted elegant look.

Zoo York Manhole Cover
We were asked to create a realistic manhole cover for Zoo York. Armed with only their logo, we adapted their style points to the overall look of a NYC Manhole with great results.

LRG Panda Mat
Not only is this mat different because of it's shape, (that was the easy part). For this large 36" x 33.5" display mat, LRG wanted to have their distinct tree logo as a sublte embossed feature on almost the entire surface. We were able to tool these fine detail into the mold and render a perfect rendition of their vision.

These designs interlock together and were used, primarily, in the large walk in refrigerators.

Hills Science Diet Vet Mat
This award winning mat is not different because of how it looks but how it was made. The surface needed to be harder than normal to withstand animals nails as they stood on the mat that sets on a veterinary scale so we formulated a special mix to accomodate the requirements of our client.
